Extremely happy with my recent purchase. My previous car I had owned for 14 years and if I'm honest I wasn't really that excited about purchasing another car as silly as it may sound i was still attached to my old one which had to be scrapped due to the age of the car. But after speaking with Nico I felt very relaxed and comfortable and didn't feel pressurised at all only helpfulness was offered to me especially as i was being very specific of the make and model I was looking for. On the day I arrived to pick my car up I met Caroline who is also very friendly approachable whilst providing professional assistance and was very patient with any questions I had. Very happy Thank you.

Went to see a car that I'd seen on line, it was well presented and exactly what I wanted, Nico and his wife were lovely to do Busines with, very relaxed friendly atmosphere .
The car came with 12months mot, and a service, even though it passed the mot Nico wasn't happy with one of the tyres so he's replacing it me next week .
Plenty of cars to choose from so worth a visit I'd say .

Caroline was so patient and helpful in every aspect - didn't rush us to chose a car, she helped us find one that suited our needs and was very very easy to communicate with at all times. Nice and laid back, comfortable atmosphere with top tier professionalism. We had a tiny issue with the aircon not working properly but caroline and nico were very fast in making sure this was sorted and there was no issues with the car! 10/10 customer service! We have just bought a lovely Seat Ibiza for our sons first car, it was well priced and came with a full MOT, Service and Warranty. Which has given us piece of mind for our sons first car. It was a nice relaxed process from start to finish which made buying a car a pleasure as sometimes car dealerships can be pushy. I have a feeling that if anything was to go wrong they would sort it for us with no conflict or issues!

I don't usually leave reviews but after the absolutely first class service we received from Caroline and her husband I feel compelled to.
Looking for a first car for our son we were slightly nervous given all the "cowboys" out there and so visited following a recommendation. We were not disappointed - no pushy sales patter, no tailing us round the showroom but plenty of friendly and helpful advice. It's obvious they're good at what they do and enjoy doing it!
We left with a lovely little car together with piece of mind that it would be safe, reliable and if anything went wrong (as it sometimes does) the confidence we'd be met with understanding and help to resolve. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Can't fault the service I received with Premier Motor Collection, and I done the one thing I never do, buy a car without seeing it due to work commitments and personal circumstances.
Caroline assured me the car was in pristine condition, along with 12 months MOT and service, and also got their Auto-locksmith to sort the spare key.
They also delivered the car Friday evening after I finished work. The car looked Amazing, must of had a full detail done on it, and drives amazing without faults.

I visited last week's to have a look at cars as mine had failed the MOT. The owners are polite and don't give you hassle to buy. I spoke to the male owner who did what he could to accommodate my budget he did his best for me but I decided to look privately (big mistake) I went back a few days later to look again as I felt he would look after me and not rip me off like some places do selling unnecessary things. The owners wife is so lovely and did all she could to accommodate me too within the space of a few hours we had chatted sorted payments and I was collecting my new car 2 hours later as he wanted to wash it me. As someone who is not particularly car savvy, I was really nervous about buying a new one. However Nico and Caroline were absolutely brilliant. They were really patient, explained everything and showed me cars they thought I would like rather than simply the most expensive. They couldn't do enough for me and I really appreciate it. I don't often leave reviews but the service was impeccable and I love my new car (nicknamed Gloria). Use this dealership and you will not be disappointed!

We had an excellent experience buying a Nissan Leaf from Nico and Caroline. Nico was brilliant and not at all pushy,we were given as much time as we needed to make our decision. We got a price we were really happy with for part exchange and the whole process was very transparent and easy.
When we came to collect our car it had been MOT'd and serviced as well as 2 new tyres and a brand new tyre repair kit. Caroline had sorted the tax and all the paperwork was done for us.
This is a family business run by lovely people and we can't recommend them enough.

Visited the dealers after hearing good things about the owners, cars, process of buying etc. and I can only say what an outstanding and pleasent visit it was. We had no pressure at all just a very polite let us know if you need anything upon arrival and pointed us in the right direction. From there enquired about p/x and it couldn't have been more straight forward! Saw a lovely BMW 3 series M Sport and they let us take it for a test drive with the kids, I think we were gone for around half an hour with no issues. They also let us take the car round the corner for our mechanic to check it over.
Currently waiting with excitement for the dealers to service the car and change the rear tyres & brakes which they offered to do off their own backs. They really have gone above and beyond! I will 1 million percent be going back in the future when I'm looking to renew my car.
